Q: What are your fees? how much will using a travel agent cost me?

A: Nothing! We provide our clients with this complimentary service. You won’t have to pay us a thing for our planning and negotiation services. However, there are exceptions to this and we do charge a minimal planning fee for airline only reservations.

Q: You’re telling me you work for free?

A: No, we certainly don’t work for free- you just aren’t the one paying us! In most cases, it’s the travel suppliers that will provide us with compensation for every trip. Did you know that you’re already paying for this compensation whether you reap the rewards of a travel agent or book it yourself online?  Commissions are included in the base price of a trip and paid out from the hotel, cruise and travel companies. They don’t affect the price of your trip and ensure that our travel agents can continue planning great trips, while making a pay check at the same time!

Q: As a travel agent, what do you do exactly?

A: We do a lot. We do your research, planning, and coordination, as well as make sure you are getting the best value possible. Most importantly, we play matchmaker for you and your next adventure.

Each one of our travel agents has experience in our industry and in their own speciality. You give us your requirements, your budget, and we will do the legwork to prepare options for the trip of your dreams. We negotiate the best possible price and extras that you can get out of a trip. We really are interested in getting you the best possible deal and remaining one of the most competitive ways to book a trip.

Q: generally, how much do i have to put down to book a vacation?

A: You can book your trip with us by paying a small deposit instead of paying in full at time of booking. $250-$500 can generally lock down your reservation and protect you from price from increasing. Final payment is normally due within 45-90 days of travel. We will chat more specifically based on your personal travel plans.

A: Contact us as soon as possible. We understand that things in life happen and at times you need to cancel or reschedule your vacation. We do highly recommend you purchasing Travel Insurance at the time of depositing your trip, this will help with your peace of mind and protect your financial commitment.
