A travel agent’s main advantage lies within our expertise and personalized service. We can navigate through a vast amount of travel information, tailor recommendations to your preferences and often provide insider insights that will enhance your overall travel experience.

We primarily earn commission from travel suppliers, but we also charge a nonrefundable trip planning fee. This fee supports our extensive experience, connections with in-destination partners and ensures a focus on exceeding your expectations.

The travel design fee ensures our commitment to prioritizing your travel experience over commission incentives. By relying on this fee, we can authentically tailor recommendations based on your preferences, rather than being motivated solely by commission rates from suppliers. This aligns with our mission of creating unique travel experiences tailored to your style and budget.

Our design fee ranges per agent. However, they start from $250 and up for new clients for planning fully customized itineraries to Europe and beyond. Once you are an established client, we do offer a reduced rate depending on your specific needs. These fee amounts may change depending on the group size, trip length, or intricacy of the trip. Also, though we work as a team, each agent might have a different fee structure, so please make sure you check out their landing page to learn more.

You will also have the option of adding on Concierge Services to any package. This covers all the extra details like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, theater tickets and more. This one-time fee is $150 per booking.

This is one of our favorite questions! While we can’t say that we have been everywhere just yet, in those scenarios, we collaborate with our travel partners who are planted all over the globe. This allows us to create authentic and amazing vacation experiences. Also, as a team, collectively, we have been lucky enough to travel a good portion of the globe and we often work together to collaborate for our clients.

Miles are a great way to help offset the cost of airfare for your trip and we even have partners who specialize in airfare point redemption. We are happy to connect you with them, should this be something you’d like to pursue.

As agents we work in complete land packages which requires all components of the trip to be booked together to ensure we are utilizing our trusted vendors and preferred partnership and getting the best package pricing for our clients, therefore it’s not possible to utilize points towards the land portion of your itinerary.

In our minds, there are two ways to book a vacation: #1. You outline all of your travel wishes and we create the trip of your dreams, no matter what it costs; or #2. You tell us how much you have allocated for your vacation and we'll book as many of your travel wish list items as possible.

We are contractually not allowed to break-down costs. Our partner suppliers give us competitive and confidential net tour operator rates that must be included in a package and must never be shown separately.

During the planning process, email communication is best. This allows us to keep track of anything that is discussed. While you are traveling, we will be available for you as much as possible. As time zones may make it difficult to answer immediately, you will often have your local partners listed in your documents that will be readily available to help with any issues that may arise.

Travel insurance for all trips is highly recommended. After you trip deposit has been submitted, we will provide you with a quote. You are welcome to research other policies as well.

3. To view rates and availability, click on “More Details and Photos” and enter your dates of travel
